Before the vehicle arrives

Preparation shows
in every reflection.

Schedule cleaning and detailing before the first setup. Bring suitable cloths and the products your vehicle team recommends, then allow time to check glass, wheels, badges and visible interior surfaces.

Vehicle dimensions: send length, width and height, including mirrors or fitted accessories, so access and positioning can be discussed.

Arrival plan: agree delivery, drivers, load-in and the time needed to place the vehicle safely before lighting begins.

Floor protection: discuss tyres, cleaning and protection for the studio floor as part of your production plan.

Use the studio time well

Plan the angles.
Give lighting time.

Bring your photographer, lighting team and reference frames. Start with the main vehicle position, then work through front, rear, profile and three-quarter views before changing the setup for interiors or details.

Share the campaign formats, crew size and equipment requirements when enquiring. Studio hire does not automatically include a photographer, vehicle, detailing team or a complete production service; any additional equipment or support is agreed in your quote.

Prepare the production

A clear plan.
A smoother vehicle shoot.

01. Share the vehicle.

Send vehicle dimensions, quantity, preferred dates and your planned hours. Tell us about trailers, transporters or unusual access needs before booking.

02. Share the look.

Send your moodboard, background references and shot list. Agree cove preparation, blackout or green-screen requirements and any set changes in advance.

03. Allow working time.

Include delivery, positioning, cleaning, pre-light, photography and pack-down. Book enough time to reset the vehicle and lighting between angles.
