Corporate photography studio hire in London

A consistent look.
Room for personality.

Build a recognisable image library for your company website, LinkedIn profiles, recruitment campaigns and press announcements. Keep the lighting and framing consistent while letting each person feel like themselves.

Bring your photographer and creative team. We provide the studio space; agree equipment, backgrounds and any additional support in your quote.

Build the image library your business needs

One team.
Different ways to be seen.

Plan the images around where they will appear. A staff directory, a founder announcement and a recruitment campaign each need a different crop and tone.

Make the most of everyone’s time

A team shoot day.
Without the guesswork.

Build a realistic schedule.

Share the number of people, group combinations and images per person. Your photographer can then set appointment lengths and allow time for setup, breaks and lighting changes.

Send one clear brief.

Agree wardrobe guidance, intended image uses and approval responsibilities. Share example crops with everyone, and ask about individual access or preparation requirements in advance.

Make the look repeatable.

Ask your photographer to record the backdrop, lighting and camera settings. Keep a reference frame so future starters can be photographed to match the existing team.

Corporate & team shoot questions

Plan the details.
Then bring the team.

Is a corporate photographer included in studio hire?

This page is for hiring the studio space. Bring your photographer and any hair, makeup or styling team. Photography, retouching, backgrounds, equipment and additional support should be agreed separately where needed.

Can we photograph a whole team in one booking?

Yes. Send the number of people, the individual portraits required and your planned group photographs. We can discuss the studio setup and booking length; your photographer should confirm the shooting schedule and group arrangement.

Should we book a half day or a full day?

A focused brief with fewer people and one lighting setup may suit a shorter booking. Larger teams, group photographs, outfit changes and several looks need more time. Include setup and pack-down when you request a quote.

Can we match portraits for new starters later?

Plan for this with your photographer from the first shoot. Save the camera and lighting settings, background details, pose guidance and a reference image. Share those requirements when arranging a return visit.

Can we bring our own lighting and backgrounds?

Yes. There is no additional charge simply for bringing your own kit. Ground-floor shutter access helps with loading. You can also request studio equipment from our equipment list; confirm availability and any hire costs in your quote.

Can we shoot company photographs and video together?

Yes, provided you allow time for the different setups. Tell us about interviews, sound recording and any autocue or production requirements before booking, so we can discuss what your team needs.

How do we secure the studio date?

Send your preferred date, working hours, number of people and shoot brief through the availability form. We will confirm availability and your quote. Full payment is required to secure the booking.
